She was predeceased by: her parents, Rogelio Salinas and Ana Guadalupe Franco; her husband Fernando Valbuena Treviño; her children, Mayra Aguirre, Fernando Valbuena, Jr. and Analee Valbuena; and her grandchildren, Destiny Aguirre, Damien Elizondo, Denice Yared Aguirre, Brianna Lee Perez, Anthony Aguirre, Jr., Jazlynn Lee Perez, Cataleya Valbuena, Fernando Valbuena, III and Alessandro Valbuena.
She is survived by: her siblings, Rogelio A. Salinas, Silvia D. Machado, Hector J. Salinas, Lubella Salinas, Jorge L. Salinas, Julio C. Salinas and Claudia A. Salinas.
Visitation will be held on Monday, November 17th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Rivera Funeral Home (1901 Pecan Blvd, McAllen, TX 78501). A prayer will be held on Monday, November 17th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, November 18th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, November 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Valley Memorial Gardens (3605 N Taylor Rd, Mission, TX 78572).
