He is survived by: his children, Martha Luna (Roy), David Francisco Balderas (Lydia), Erasmo Balderas (Aracely) and Monica Sanchez (Robert); his siblings, Ramiro Balderas, Lidia Hernandez and Maria Anita Soliz; his grandchildren, Jessica Haro (Omar), Roy Luna Jr. (Aurora), David Francisco Balderas Jr., Jose Gutierrez, Alexis Balderas, Alejandro Balderas, Jaime Andres Balderas (Janell), Lauren Sanchez, Sophia Sanchez and Robert Sanchez Jr.; and his great grandchildren, Adan Balderas, Levi Luna, Emma Luna, Omar P. Haro, Augustin L. Haro, Juniper Alivia Balderas and Jaime Andres Balderas Jr..

Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 9th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Funeraria Del Angel (3611 N Taylor Rd, Mission, TX 78573). A rosary was held on Wednesday, September 9th 2026 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 10th 2026 at the same location.
