He was predeceased by: his parents, Jose Angel Peralez and Santos Borjas Peralez; and his brothers, Jose Angel Peralez Jr. and Daniel Peralez. He is survived by: his wife San Juanita "Janie"; his children, Cynthia Lisa Peralez-Hughes (John Hughes), Brenda Yvonne Ochoa (Orlando Ochoa) and Ismael Peralez Jr. (Ileana Anaya Peralez); his grandchildren, Renee Venecia Pardo (Leviticus), Alexis Venecia, Justin Hunter Ochoa, Lauren Avery Ochoa, Andrew Maldonado, Briana Garza, Maressa Ledesma and Ismael Peralez III (SJ); his great grandchildren, Elena Pardo and Archillius "Archie" Pardo; and his siblings, Mauricio Peralez (Guillermina Perez), Maria Isabel Gonzalez (Rolando), Enrique Peralez, Irene Colbath (Eluid), Alejandro Peralez, Rosaura "Rosie" Valdez (Esteban), Rogelio Peralez, Arturo Peralez, Noe Peralez and Eloy Peralez (Maricela). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
