He is survived by: his wife Martha Meadows Webb; his children, Wendy Dobbs and Jimmy Webb (Amber); his grandsons, Justin Dobbs (Madalyn), Tanner Webb and Colton Webb; his great grandchild Piper Dobbs; and his sisters, Kay Weir (Thomas), Linda Sterling (John) and Deborah Webb.
