He was predeceased by: his parents, Ruben Perez and Librada Gonzalez. He is survived by: his wife Maria Isabel Perez; his children, Dr. Zhanita Nikolee Perez, Viktorya Lee McClung, Jezzika Lee Perez, Sara Hernandez, Ellena Hernandez and Paul Hernandez; and his siblings, Hector Perez, Enedina Peña, Irene P. Salinas and Mary Peña. He is also survived by his 18 grandchildren and 1 great grandchildren.
