He was predeceased by : his parents, Ramon Rodriguez and Regina Aguilar; and his siblings, Ramon Rodriguez, Jr., Jesus Rodriguez and Sofia Ochoa.
He is survived by : his daughters, Nancy Rodriguez (Juan), Mary Alice Rodriguez (Robert Jones) and Dianna Rodriguez (Manuel Gutierrez); his former life partner Rosalinda Nevarez; and his siblings, Juan Corando Rodriguez, Esperanza Marez and Consuelo Villalon. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
