He is survived by: his wife Janie Marie Brown; his children, David Wesley Brown, Richard Scott Brown, Melisse Nicole Fabian (James Michael) and Kathryn Rae Brown; and his grandchildren, Serena Adela Brown, Jenna Joanne Brown, William Berenger Fabian and Richard Ryan Brown. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, and family friends.
A funeral service was held on Wednesday, December 10th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Rio Grande Valley State Veterans Cemetery (2520 Inspiration Rd, Mission, TX 78572).
