Though Robert may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Robert leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ruth Alden Burton Bonds (Ralph Gordon Bonds) and D. C. When. He is survived by: his stepsons, Garrett Dean (Shannon) of Valley Center and Brady Dean (Vianney) of San Marcos; his wife Merrijo; his sister Carol Edwards (John); and his sister-in-law Lolly Burns (Ricky) of Harlingen.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to any of three organizations Robert faithfully supported – The Salvation Army, Rio Grande Valley Food Bank, and Foundations Methodist Church.
