He was predeceased by: his parents, Arturo Rios and Rafaela Hernandez; and his daughter Marisol Rios. He is survived by: his wife Irma Rios; his children, Rafaela Rios, Berta Rios, Roberto Rios, Jr., Irma Rios, Criselda Rios and Jesus Rios; and his siblings, Juan, Angel, Lydia, Guadalupe and Maruca. He is also survived by 22 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
