He is survived by : his wife Li Chen Tu; his son Chih Lu; his daughter-in-law Mei Yen Chen; his granddaughters, Tiffany Lu and Renee Lu; his daughter Yen Lu; his son-in-law PoShu Teng; and his grandsons, Kyle Ly Huang and Benjamin Tu Huang.
