She was predeceased by : her parents, Thomas James and Ruie Thelma Dill Smith; and her husband Jack Dudley Owen. She is survived by : her children, Gary Owen (Charlotte) of McGregor and Sherry Barbiaux (Darrell) of Woodway; her siblings, Jim Smith of McGregor, Mary Frances Smith of McGregor and Jane Nelson (Pat) of Crawford; and her cousin Betty Slegers. She is also survived by five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
