He was predeceased by: his parents, George Moen and Ollie Mae Moen; and his wife Gale. He is survived by: his sons, James Rockwell Moen (Mary) and Eric Moen (Amy); his brother Allison Moen (Bonnie); his grandchildren, Caroline Seabolt (Cody), William Moen (Taylor), Elsa Lammey (Jonathan) and Jens Moen; his great grandchildren, Grayson, Nathan, Franklin and Elizabeth; his nephews, Aaron Jon Moen (Rachel) and Matthew Moen; and his great-niece Annalise.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made in Jim's memory to St. Alban's Carillon Bells Fund.
