He was predeceased by: his parents, Stephen Kujawski and Mary Kujawski (Heath); and his brother Eddie Kujawski. He is survived by: his children, Briana Kujawski (Javier), Michael Kujawski Jr., Mark Kujawski and Robert Kujawski; his brother Steve Kujawski; his sister-in-law Kathy; his sister Stephanie Stogner; and his nieces and nephews, Xavier Gomez, Sader Gomez and Oliver Gomez.
