William Kattness Obituary

We announce the death of William Kattness (McGregor, Texas), who passed away on August 6, 2026, at the age of 72. William will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. He was predeceased by: his in-laws, James Joseph Bartlett and Patricia Ruth Bartlett; his brother John Vincent Martino; and his nephews, Jon Michael Kattness and Chad Alan Cox.

He is survived by: his mother Helen Kattness; his wife Jamie Kattness; his children, Greg Kattness (Audra), Stephanie Lee and Bobby Kattness; his grandchildren, Hunter Kattness, Larkin Kattness, Tommy Janes, Ryan Lee, Nylah Lee and Kade Lee; his siblings, Bob Kattness (Sue), Linda Baker (Kyle), Rhonda Thomas (Doug), Lisa Meador (Gary) and Phillip Martino; and his brothers-in-law, Steve Bartlett (Kathy) and Scott Bartlett (Sheryl). He is also survived by numerous nephews, nieces and cousins.
