It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Benjamin Michael Cole of McKinney, Texas, who passed away on December 8, 2025, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Stephen McDonald; his brother Stephen "Cowboy" Cole of Thackerville; and his brother-in-law Lutz "Bill" Harper of Pottsboro, Texas.. He is survived by: his mother Sylvia Maxine Cole (McCraw) of McKinney; his wife Nancy; his siblings, Veronica (Jeffrey Ashley) of Pottsboro and Bobby (Rhonda Cole) of Sadler; and his siblings' children, William (Sharon Harper) of Keene, Daniel Harper of Whitesboro, Jesse (Desirae Cole) of Krugerville, Ashley (Jimmy Toler) of Pueblo West, Kacie (Chris Attaway) of Sanger, Kevin Cole of Sadler, Amie Jordan (Cody Crawford) of Keller, Julie Cummings of Tecumseh, Chasity Whittington of Gainesville and Michael Whittington of Gainesville. He is also survived by numerous grand nephews and nieces, uncles, aunts and cousins.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the J. Carroll & Son Funeral Home (602 Lindsay St, Gainesville, TX 76240). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the same location.

Memorials in honor of Mr. Cole may be made to the Wounded Warriors or a charity of choice.
