He was predeceased by: his mother Elsie Anderson Dibble; and his stepfather Ellis Dibble. He is survived by: his wife Janice Dibble; his children, Lori McCulloch Steve (late Charles McCulloch), Jeremy Dibble (Lana), Jeff Anderson Dibble (Sara), Allison Vance (Brad) and Kimberly Luyster (Brian); and his sisters, Ellisa Weekley and Eileen Campos. He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
