He was predeceased by: his parents, Ted McCurley and Dortha McCurley; and his sister Kathy Howe. He is survived by: his sons, Evan McCurley (Bethany) of Amarillo, Chad Box of Amarillo and Micheal Box (Alva) of Amarillo; his siblings, Becky McCurley of Pampa and Randy McCurley (Carol) of Mobeetie; and his grandchildren, Jayla McCurley-Rhinehart, Nataleigh Phillips, Amaya Box and Jadyn Box. He is also survived by numerous step-grandchildren and step-great-grandchildren.
