He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde "Tooter" Henry and Clara "Nelle" Moore Collins; his parents-in-law, Bo Nicholas and Willie Mae Nicholas; and his brother-in-law Jim Evans.

He is survived by: his wife Coy Henry; his siblings, Tom Henry (Cathy) of Georgetown, Allen Henry (Debbie) of Hokes Bluff, A. C. Harris (Norma) of Hobart and Lee Ellen Shook of Gracemont, Oklahoma; his sister-in-law Joyce Evans of Amarillo; his nieces and nephews, Pam Hicks (Wiley) of Canyon, Sydney Dophied (Tracy) of Mesquite, Gina Homen (Richard) of Lubbock and Kim Wilson (Mark) of Pritchett; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Harli and Keegan. He is also survived by grandchildren; numerous great and great-great nieces and nephews; and a host of friends.
