She was predeceased by : her parents, Theodore Martin and Ruth Martin; and her siblings, Gene, Phillip, Gary, Michael and Joan.
She is survived by : her brothers, Dennis and Marshall; and her husband James MacDougall. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital, an organization Patricia felt strongly about.
