He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Wilcox and Evelyn Larson Wilcox; his wife Joanne Paula Ames of Brooklyn; his siblings, Charles, Harry, Juanita and Bonnie; and his grandson Aaron.

He is survived by: his sons, Douglas Wilcox (Dian) of Round Rock, TX, Mark Wilcox (Susan) of Atlanta, GA, Scott Wilcox (Mary Lou) of Cedar Park, TX and Greg Wilcox (Leigh) of Frisco, TX; and his grandchildren, Adam, Brandon, Austin, Ethan, Brooke and Kaia. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
