He was predeceased by: his sons, David and Danny; and his sister Virginia Endsley. He is survived by: his wife Ann; his children, Daryl Miller, Kristie Miller Rader (Ron), Tammy McCallum (Mike), Rhonda Wolfe (Jim), Chuck Albertson and Tina Helmberger (Bob); and his sisters, Mary Sue Sharp (Don) and Dorthy Floyd (Max). He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, niece, and nephews.
