He is survived by: his father David Waggoner; his wife June Picklesimer Waggoner; his children, Cody Waggoner (Morgan), Mark Waggoner, Tyler Dye and Nicole Gregory; and his siblings, Rick Waggoner, Tammy Hamill and Brandi Stapelton. He is also survived by several grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews and many friends.
