He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Decker and Lou Emma Decker. He is survived by: his daughter Randi Decker Riley (RJ); his stepchildren, Meghan Kauten (Nick) and Jon Paul Dennison (Crystal); his grandchildren, Landon, Taylor Kauten, Parker, Duncan, Elliott and Windsor Dennison; and his siblings, Susan Stokes (Wade), Larry Decker (Mary), Lisa Decker and Judy Harris (Marshall). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
