She was predeceased by : her parents, Forrest Asher and Marie Asher; her brothers, George Asher and Donald Asher; and her husband John Bert Schwarz.

She is survived by : her son Darrell Bourgeois (Annette); her grandchildren, Logan (Maci) and Cameron; her daughter Denise Fischer (Larry); her grandchildren, Tanner and Bailey (Miles Wehrmann); her close friend Hayden Barker; and her sisters, Vera Smith (Claude) and Janie Roll (Pat).
