He was predeceased by : his parents, Leonard C. Howard and Isabelle Anna Howard (Crainer); his in-laws, Lewis T. Mullins, Peggy "Gene" Mullins and Oveda Mullins; his brother Leonard Charles Howard, Jr.; his sisters-in-law, Faye Howard and Kathie Howard; his son-in-law Johnnie Bigford; and his brother-in-law Lewis Rodney Mullins.
He is survived by : his wife Diane Howard; his children, Everett Ray Howard, Jr. (Madelaine) of Grapevine, Lana Bigford of Santa Fe, Deborah Patton (Jason) of Itasca, Kaylin Kolenovsky (Eddie) and Sheyenne Krysher; his grandchildren, Brandie (Jim Cargile), Brittanie (Brady McGee), Lea Howard, Birdie Howard, Taylor Patton, Brooke Bigford, Jaxon Patton and Elizabeth Jones; his great grandchildren, Harper Cargile, Hudson Cargile and Brynnlie McGee; his brother Frank C. Howard of George West, Texas; and his siblings-in-law, Gail Perkins (LV), Cynthia Hayes, Lewene Vassberg (Jerry), Vicki Cook (Randy) and Randy Mullins (Melinda). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
