She was predeceased by: her son Tommy Clint Oldham; her siblings, Jean Tucker, Maurice, Robert and Ben Simmons; and her parents, Mark "Dee" Simmons and Loura "Mama D" Simmons.
She is survived by: her daughter Cheryl Lynn Gorick (Chad); her grandchildren, Melissa Anne Gaby, Adam Clint Oldham and Cristen Leigh Whitehead; her great grandchildren, Kolton Clint Shedden, Keaton Christopher Shedden, Kason Michael Gaby, Christopher Edward Oldham, Brandon Clint Oldham, Chloe Elaine Whitehead and Mila Rae Whitehead; and her great great grandchildren, Clint Michael Shedden, Cooper Patrick Shedden, Maylen Nicole Shedden and Leighton Anne Shedden. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Lawson Funeral Home (803 N Main St, Meridian, TX 76665). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 at the Oak Grove Cemetery.
