He was predeceased by: his father Eugene Scott (Bernadine Scott); his wife Glenda Stephens; his brothers, Robert Scott, Eugene Scott, Fred Stephens and Danny Emmert; his in-laws, Joe and Sue Pannell; and his brothers-in-law, Don Whisenhunt, Clifford Walton and David Williams.
He is survived by: his sons, Robbie Stephens (Becca) of Merkel, Beki Kofoed (Josh) of Merkel and Jim Woodard (Sandi) of Washington State; his grandchildren, Madi Lachance (Blake), Emma Bilbrey (Brady), Avery Martin, Brayden Martin (Bailey), Camden Martin, Jeremiah Weston Stephens (Keila), Wyatt Kofoed (JC), Karli Cotton (D'Alan), Stephanie Woodard and Sarah Seigler (Jake); his sisters, Karen Walton, Marsha Williams and Julie Warton; and his in-laws, Bill, Becky Pursley and Kelly Pannell. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
