He is survived by: his wife Tina; his daughter Brittany (Ryan Williams); his grandchildren, Kimberlee, Christian, Wesley and Audree; his daughter Casey Phariss; his grandchildren, Nevaeh and Angel; his son Tommy (Rylee Gann); his grandchildren, Tate and Hallee; his daughter Clara (Rolando Castenda); his grandchildren, MaeLeigh, Maesyn and Madden; and his siblings, Lisa Dokey (Donna) and Jimmy Dokey (Jane).
