In the sacred silence of farewell, Ricky is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that his light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of his loved ones. He was predeceased by: his father Bobby Barnes. He is survived by: his mother Shannon Bagby Barnes of Merkel; his brothers, D. J. Barnes of Merkel, Bo Barnes (Misty Folger) of Merkel and Thomas Barnes (Shelby Barnes) of Merkel; his nephews, Cash and Dawson Barnes of Sweetwater; his niece Loralai Barnes of Merkel; and his pet Koe Wetzel Barnes. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and beloved friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that all donations be made to Hendrick Hospice in Ricky's memory.
