He was predeceased by: his parents, Bessilue Moore and Aurthur Moore. He is survived by: his wife Martha; and his stepchildren, Todd (Shauna), Lindsey, Bennett Moore, Josh (Meredith Moore) and Jack (Delani Moore). He is also survived by his sons and their spouses.
