He is survived by: his wife Donna Smith; his son Derek Smith (Sue); his grandchildren, Westin and Camryn; his daughter April Stegman (Billy); his grandchildren, Will, Trevor and Sierra; his daughter Jill Hollie (Chris); his grandchildren, Katie and Hudson; and his siblings, Nolan Smith, Lois Maples (Scott), Joan Littledave (Solly), Connie Rhodes (Dwight) and Richard Smith (Susan).
