He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Morgan and Vivian Morgan (Stephens); his wife Leta Jane Webb Morgan; and his siblings, Wayne Morgan, JD Morgan and Orpha Crain.
He is survived by: his sons, Michael Morgan, Bruce Morgan and Tracy Morgan; and his grandchildren, Austin Morgan, Chase Westmoreland and Jaimie Westmoreland.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the R. W. Owens and Son Funeral Home (200 Santa Fe St, Wolfe City, TX 75496). A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Mt. Carmel Cemetery (934 Co Rd 4818, Wolfe City, TX 75496).
