He is survived by: his wife Ann Collier; his daughter Pamela Kinney (Christopher Kinney); his grandchildren, Noah Kinney and Lauren Dixon; his grandson-in-law Chance Dixon; and his brother James Loggins (Jean Loggins).
Visitation will be held on Friday, January 23rd 2026 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Laurel Oaks Funeral Home (12649 Lake June Rd, Mesquite, TX 75180).
