Jamie Lou touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her brother Danny Buck. She is survived by: her husband Miguel Castaneda; her children, Thomas and April; her grandchildren, Kaden, Ezekiel, Luna and Leo; and her sisters, Virginia Sherer, Kathy Weeks, Shirley McGovern, June Wilkinson and Mary Loscuito. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, July 21st 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints (2801 Skyline Dr, Mesquite, TX 75149). A funeral service was held on Monday, July 21st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A committal service was held on Monday, July 21st 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Laurel Oaks Memorial Park (12649 Lake June Rd, Mesquite, TX 75180).
