She was predeceased by: her parents, Myrtle Mae Fergerson Lawrence and Robert Lemuel Lawrence; her husband R. George Johnson Jr.; her daughter Linda Joyce Johnson Calhoun; and her siblings, Pearl, Hildred Lawrence, Ruth Chapman, Maudie Stewart, Iva Johnson, Mary Rawson, Witt, Eli, Dave, Wilbur and Robert Lawrence.
She is survived by: her son Jimmy Criss Smith (Helen); her sister Georgia Smith; her granddaughter Crissty Smith Williams; and her great grandchildren, Chandler Mason (Cody), Kyleigh McAfee (Austin) and Bryndal Williams. She is also survived by 4 great-great- grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 27th 2025 at 9:30 AM at the Et Restland Funeral Home - Wildwood Chapel (13005 Greenville Ave, Dallas, TX 75081). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 27th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Monday, October 27th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Restland Memorial Park (13005 Greenville Ave, Dallas, TX 75081).
