He was predeceased by: his parents, Alicia Carrizales and Roberto Carrizales; his son Eric Carrizales; his grandson Tayo Carrizales; and his son-in-law Richard Canady.
He is survived by: his wife Charlene Carrizales; his children, Marcie Green, Misty Canady and David Simon; his granddaughters, Felicia Avant and Haleigh Avant; his siblings, Adriana Carrizales (Diane), Ana Carrizales (Betty), Dolores Ibe (Ed), Javier Carrizales (Alice) and Irene (Manuel Najera); and his niece Rosie Gonzalez (Gino). He is also survived by family, Robert leaves countless cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 11th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Jeter & Son Funeral Home Chapel (4830 W Illinois Ave, Dallas, TX 75211). A funeral service was held on Thursday, December 11th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. The military honors will be held on Wednesday, December 17th 2025 at 11:15 AM at the Dallas Fort Worth National Cemetery (2000 Mountain Creek Pkwy, Dallas, TX 75211).
