He is survived by: his children, Kim (Greg Rimpley), James Welch, Rhonda (Glenn Carrier), Dewayne (Michelle Taylor), Mike Taylor, Terry (Christy Taylor) and Scott (Sandy Taylor); and his brother Kenneth Welch. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren, 30 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild.
