It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Ann High-Thibodeaux of Mexia, Texas, born in Teague, Texas, who passed away on May 26, 2023, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by : her father Lewis High Sr.; her husband Varice Thibodeaux, Jr.; her son Anthony Thibodeaux (LaDonna); her granddaughter Ariel Thibodeaux; her sisters, Glenda Mathews (Samuel, Sr.), Eloise Forge, Sarah Fisher (Jeffrey), Vivian Smith (Reginald) and Latisha Diggs (Roosevelt); her cousin Sally Ruth Carter; her aunt Mona Browder; and her uncles, Willie Glenn High and William Glenn High. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
