He was predeceased by: his parents, A. V. Duke and Hollis Duke (Hopkins); his sons, Jerry Duke and Mike Duke; his grandson Jonathan Speights; and his brothers, H. V. Duke (Geby), Howard Duke, Tarpley Duke, Ray Duke (Red) and Bobby Duke.
He is survived by: his daughter Kim Carter (Warren); and his caregiver Nancy Bilbrey. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, August 29th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Blair-Stubbs Funeral Home (605 S McKinney St, Mexia, TX 76667). A funeral service was held on Saturday, August 29th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
