He is survived by: his former spouse Jewel Carter; his daughters, Miriam Kay and Davena Gail; his pets, Sediki and Lucy; his daughter Gail Sellers Peyton (Bill Waldrop); his sons-in-law, David Mohundro of Nacogdoches and Tim Cantwell of Vicksburg, Mississippi.; his grandchildren, Eric Batts (Carmen) of Teague, Preston Batts (Julia) of Wortham, Zack Erickson of Vicksburg, Mississippi, Hillary Chandler (Josh) of Teague and Amanda Sellers of Teague; his caregivers, Brigette Musil, Robin Jacobs, Eloise Carroll, Vikki King and Angelita Acevedo; his friend Dominic Flores; Laurie Williams, Rhonda Machac and Kennedy Browning. He is also survived by 8 great grandchildren; 6 great-great grandchildren and 3 nieces, 3 nephews, cousins and many friends.
