He was predeceased by: his parents, Billy Joe and Sammie Jo Bounds; his grandparents, Dr D. A. Bounds and Marguerite (Honey); and his brother-in-law Norman Reeves.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy Sue Bounds; and his daughters, Kristi Bounds of Mexia and Karla Allen (John Bragg) of Fairfield, Texas.. He is also survived by nieces and nephews and the fathers.
