He is survived by: his fiancée Tonya Rodriguez; his children, Melissa Slater, Ricky Payne, Jr., Kasey Payne (Katie), Jaiden Rodriguez, Krystal Alvarez (Jorge) and Brandi Rodriguez (Terry); his grandchildren, Page, Autumn Payne, Adam Payne, Lucas Payne, Heaven, Harley Donaho, Georgia Slater and Karla Alvarez; his siblings, Vicky Linn (Paul), Ronald Payne (Sandy), Becky Green, Sidney Ray Payne (Yvette), Jody Payne (Sonny Young), Andrea Shields, Chelaine Payne, Lisa Boyd (Dale) and Steve Green (Margaret); his nieces and nephews, Amanda and Kyle Calame; and his uncle Monkey. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
