She was predeceased by : her father Ray E. Stilwell; and her daughter Michelle Parker. She is survived by : her mother Eddell Stilwell of Virginia; her husband Harvey "Burt" Williams; her children, Stacey Cantu (Gary) of Colleyville, Texas, Jerry Milam (Kristen) of Garland, Texas and Amy McHugh (John) of Georgetown, Texas; her son-in-law Sheppard Parker of Bertram, Texas; and her grandchildren, McKayla, Nate, Nic, Noah, Charlie, Molly, Emily, Maggie, Joshua, Addie, Isaac, Zoe, Kai, Autumn and Griffin.
