She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe Bill and Pauline Maude Silvia Hamm. She is survived by: her daughter Anita Carlisle of Pampa; her grandchildren, Dyanna Carlisle of Pampa, Martina Kerns of Pampa and Richard Kerns of Pampa; her great grandchild Emma Smith; and her siblings, Patrice Astacio, Kenneth Hamm, James Hamm, Paola Tyacke, Rex Anthony and Richard Hamm. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
