He was predeceased by : his grandfather Jim Tolbert; and his great-grandparent PeeWee Romines. He is survived by : his parents, Sheila Budd (Doug) of Pampa and Scott Tolbert (Barbara) of Pampa; his brothers, Drake Tolbert of Miami and Tate Tolbert of Miami; his grandparents, Janie Tolbert of Miami, Keven and Janet Romines of Pampa; and his great-grandparent Vivian Romines of Pampa. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
