He was predeceased by: his father Jose Melendez; his siblings, Rudy and Adelina Martinez; and his daughter Michelle. He is survived by: his mother Herlinda Melendez; his daughter Yvonne (Sal De Los); and his siblings, Junior, Frank, Luis, Daniel, Esmeralda Rojas and Rosemary Avila.
A celebration of life was held on Monday, November 24th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Willowbrook Funeral Home Chapel (1311 W Florida Ave, Midland, TX 79701).
