He is survived by: his mother Teresa Stickel; his wife Christina Saverance; his children, Hunter, KayLynn, Dixie, Gunnar, Tedda and Rush; his siblings, Hannah and Daniel (Kristen); his parents-in-law, Jess, Robin Saverance, Ridge Saverance (Katie) and Isaac Smith; and his siblings' children, Hadley, Reese, Chloe, Reagan, Iyana, Ashley, Wayne, Zachary and Colby.
