She was predeceased by: her parents, Carris Cellum and Charlene Cellum; her husband Del Windle; her brother Charles "Corky" Cellum; and her nephews, David Bearden and Donald Cellum.
She is survived by: her children, Jay Leeper (Kathleen) and Jodi Cole (Ross); her sister Constance "Connie" Bearden; her grandchildren, Avery Calloway, Harley, Hailey Windle, Kiley, Samantha and Sierra Wilkins; and her daughter-in-law Kristina Leeper.
