He was predeceased by: his parents, William Earl Hall Sr. and Minnie Bell Render-Braziel. He is survived by: his siblings, William Earl Hall Jr. of Lubbock Texas, Vivian Diane Govan-Hall of Odessa Texas and Patricia Ann Kelly of Odessa Texas; his niece Brenda Hall-Ostrander (Jimmy Ostrander); his wife Anne Hall; and his siblings, Leanna Collins, Emma Mae Adkinson and James Lonnie Hall. He is also survived by nieces and nephews and cousins.
Viewing will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Lewallen-Garcia-Pipkin Funeral Home (2508 N Big Spring St, Midland, TX 79705). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Lewallen-Garcia-Pipkin Funeral Home Chapel (2508 N Big Spring St, Midland, TX 79705).
