She was predeceased by : her husband Bobbie Ray Black; her daughters, Katherine, Elizabeth and Criselda Black; and her brothers, Jesse Rayos and Perfecto Muniz.

She is survived by : her children, Orlando "Lannie" Black of Austin, TX, David Black (Tom Redden) of Midland, TX. and Clayre Black of College Station, TX; her siblings, Felipa Lara of Midland, TX., Mary Rayos of Midland, TX. and Richard Juarez of Midland, TX.; and her grandson Leo Black of Midland, TX.. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.

Visitation was held on Thursday, April 18th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM at the Willowbrook Funeral Home Chapel (1311 W Florida Ave, Midland, TX 79701). A rosary was held on Thursday, April 18th 2024 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass was held on Friday, April 19th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the San Miguel Arcángel Catholic Church (1100 Camp St, Midland, TX 79701).
